wrap;">“英雄城市故事汇”，面向全社会征集武汉故事，讲述内容突出中华人民共和国成立75周年的辉煌成就和在中国共产党的领导下革命、建设、改革、奋进新时代的光辉历程；或是革命英烈、时代英雄、先进模范和奋战在一线的普通劳动人民的感人故事，结合创作者的个人经历或职业感悟来讲述，力求以“小切口”展现“大主题”，引领人们传承英雄精神、汲取奋进力量。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">征集对象分成人组和中小学组。成人组包括爱国主义教育基地和档案馆、博物馆讲解员、志愿者，中小学校教师，党校教师以及社会各界人士。中小学组面向全区中小学生，以学校为单位组队参加。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">作品征集活动，从即日起持续到2024年9月18日。各街道乡（开发区）、各部门对投稿作品进行初评收集汇总，审核盖章后电子版统一报送指定邮箱。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">专家评审团将根据作品实际情况，评选出优秀作品若干，推选一批小小讲解员、金牌讲解员。10月下旬，蔡甸区将举行“英雄城市故事汇”优秀作品线下展演和颁奖活动，为小小讲解员、金牌讲解员颁发证书。后续蔡甸区融媒体中心还将通过“强国复兴有我 奋进英雄城市”英雄城市故事汇专题线上展播优秀作品。</p></section><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">2.视频在脚本的基础上进行创作或演绎，通过视觉和听觉的双重冲击，生动展现英雄故事。短视频、Vlog、纪录片等形式不限，视频内容应具有独特的视角和创意。鼓励但不限于沉浸式讲述，通过走入情境、现场解说对英雄城市的感受体会，展现英雄传承、精神气质和感人瞬间，力求情感表达真挚、动人。视频画面清晰、稳定，视频中的音频部分清晰、无杂音，配音和解说需配准确中文字幕。视频时长建议在3—6分钟之间。视频为MP4格式文件，视频比例16：9，分辨率不低于1920﹡1080，用H.264的通用压缩码，大小不超过2G。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section
