padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us">自幼因小儿麻痹症导致残疾的宋忠桥，从只身南下学习美发技术，到开办残疾人培训学校，从没把自己的残疾放在眼里，不向命运低头。更可贵的是，在他自强不息的身躯里，还有一腔志愿服务的热忱。有残障人士上门拜师学艺，他免费教学，但只提一点要求：“学徒必须从事志愿服务工作”。</p><section style="box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">2001年以来，他免费培训260多名残疾学员，组建志愿者服务队，为残疾人和老年人义务理发超过2万人次，为社会捐款捐物近20万元。蔡甸区残联将他所在的志愿服务队命名为“宋忠桥志愿服务队”，开展完成“四个一百”志愿服务：走进100个社区、农村免费理发、为100个孤寡老人家庭上门服务、资助100个乡村贫困留守儿童、免费培训100个困难农民工子弟及残疾人。新冠疫情暴发后，他为16支援鄂医疗队的2476名队员义务理发的感人事迹被中央电视台聚焦报道，获评“中国好人”。他还曾先后获得“全国技术能手”“荆楚楷模”“全国最美家乡人”等称号。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;
