最美巾帼 | 李云飞：“焊花”绽放，铸炼工匠精神典范

wrap;">近日，在中建钢构武汉厂一车间内，记者见到了李云飞。在闪烁的弧光和飞溅的焊花中，她半蹲着身体，左手紧握焊接面罩，右手沉稳地操持着焊枪，一条条精美的焊缝逐渐诞生。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">在很多人看来，焊工是一个艰辛且技术含量高的职业，而女性在这个领域中的身影更是凤毛麟角。然而，李云飞却以实际行动打破了这种偏见。为了尽快掌握焊接技术，她虚心向师傅请教，仔细观察焊接动作，用心揣摩。在业余时间，她更是进行反复的操作练习，通过对比分析找出最佳的焊接方案。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">2019年，在由中华全国总工会职工交流中心、海峡两岸劳工发展交流协会、香港工会联合会等共同发起的“海峡两岸暨香港职工焊接技能竞赛”中，李云飞代表湖北参赛，“焊花”称号由此传开。此次焊接比赛方法为CO2气体保护焊，焊接类型为板对接立焊和T型角接立焊，其中板对接立焊要求单面焊双面成型，对选手的技能水平要求极高。面对来自全国6个省份及香港、台湾等30余名顶尖焊接高手，她沉着应对，最终斩获铜牌。</p><p
