蔡甸：打造优秀审计项目 全面推进质量提升

0;"><br/></p></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us"><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">近年来，蔡甸区审计局不断优化审计资源，通过科学统筹项目、构建监督合力、规范审计过程、打造优秀项目等多措并举，鼓励审计骨干在项目上出成果，取得明显成效。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><strong>科学统筹项目。</strong>该局针对每年大约30个审计项目，通过各科室大量问卷调查、协商研究，征询项目有关方意见，在摸清审计对象底数的基础上，聚焦重点领域、重点资金、重点项目，科学统筹审计项目、优化审计力量；坚持问题导向和底线思维，不断深化审计内容，探索审计思路，同时按照审计职责权限法定原则，在法定职责范围内开展审计工作。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><strong>构建监督合力。</strong>加强经济责任审计、部门预算执行审计、自然资源资产审计的有机结合，优化配备审计力量；构建监督合力，加强对区级部门内部审计监督与指导，强化资源整合，破解审计任务重与审计力量不足的难题；与区纪委监委等部门密切合作，加强对发现问题单位整改或追责，区纪委就相关业务问题向区审计局函询3次，区审计局对相关问题进行了认真研判并积极回复，多方面协作，近年来，该局对有关单位开展领导干部经责审计，移送问题线索20余条。</p><p wrap;"><strong>规范审计过程。</strong>该局从项目立项、方案编制、现场实施、出具报告、审计处理等环节着手，对审计项目做到统筹安排、科学组织、动态跟踪、实时监控、规范审计；加强审计项目质量自查与互查，加强审计项目复核和审理，做到应审必审、审深审透、严肃处理。成立“回头看”专班，对审计组审计全过程进行管理监督，坚决杜绝审计不作为或敷衍了事行为。</p><p wrap;"><strong>打造优秀项目。</strong>通过目标考核将优秀项目培育责任，细化到科室、个人，把审计质效建设与区委绩效目标考核结合起来，与省厅、市局优秀审计项目评选结合起来，在省厅优秀审计项目上做到有所突破。截至目前，蔡甸区有9个审计项目在省厅、市局获得一二等奖，审计质效与成果得到有力提升。</p><p style="text-wrap:
