margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">坚守“执法为民、服务三农”宗旨，严格落实执法“三项制度”，着力开展执法队伍正规化建设，聚焦执法办案主职主业。近3年来，共查处各类涉农违法案件90余起，调解处理纠纷180余起，并率先在全市组建了“渔政+公安”的禁渔执法专业队，有力促进了农业综合执法与刑事司法有限衔接。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/>积极普法宣传，学法用法掀热潮，切实将普法工作落实在日常执法活动中。每年年初均制定印发《农业农村局普法责任清单》和《农业农村局守法普法工作要点》，并在日常执法监督检查和重要节假日或农时，深入各街道（乡）农资生产经营企业或门店等广泛宣传涉农法律法规，先后完成了148户农村学法用法示范户认定和结对子工作，年均发放各类涉农法律法规宣传资料近万份，在全区农业农村掀起普法学法、尊法守法新热潮。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;
