margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">沉湖湿地位于武汉市蔡甸区西南部，保存有完整的湖泊泛水沼泽湿地生态系统，栖息着14种国家一级保护鸟类，被生态学专家誉为“湿地水禽遗传基因保存库”。同时，这里也是血吸虫疫区、革命老区。2008年，冯江大学毕业后参加“三支一扶”来到这里，成为第一个入驻消泗乡罗汉监测站的人。监测站是一栋新建的两层小楼，没有电视，没有网络，经常停水停电。冯江克服交通、生活不便等诸多困难，开启他的湿地保护之路。冯江白天骑着车四处巡湖，夜晚自学鸟类学、植物学、湿地等相关知识。2013年至2016年，连续四个秋冬，冯江每天都跟随森林巡警凌晨3时开始巡湖。保护区内崎岖难行，夜晚看不清路，他曾连人带车栽进鱼塘。他长期在野外工作，经常风餐露宿导致肠胃落下毛病，一吃油腻冰冷的东西就会拉肚子。</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">对工作的热爱，对业务的钻研，让冯江对当地栖息鸟类从“鸟盲”到了“听声辨鸟”甚至“为鸟痴狂”的程度。他积攒数万张候鸟图，被同事们称为“鸟类百科全书”。自冯江驻守罗汉监测站后，沉湖湿地开始有了系统的候鸟数据监测记录。在蔡甸区沉湖湿地自然保护区管理局副局长黄爱民看来，沉湖湿地能在2013年被列入国际重要湿地，冯江发挥了重要作用。通过冯江多年来的监测，沉湖湿地的鸟种数量从2008年的153种增加到2013年的169种，他掌握了大量沉湖湿地满足国际重要湿地的重要数据。他参与国际重要湿地申报工作，由他负责编写的申报材料充分证明沉湖湿地作为国际重要湿地的必要性和重要性，武汉由此获得申报“国际湿地城市”的敲门砖。<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">2019年，为修复沉湖湿地生态系统，需要对保护区核心区和缓冲区内的生产经营活动全部实行有偿有序退出，事涉410户农户和公司。冯江和同事们针对历史遗留问题，逐一核查，与相关人员和部门协商确定措施，制定方案，逐步解决。他们一家家走访，给村民普及湿地保护知识。最开始村民们对他们不搭理，但他们并不灰心，一次次上门耐心细致地做思想工作，“湿地要保护好”逐渐在村民中形成共识。最终推动沉湖湿地退养还湖（湿）这个多年没有解决的问题顺利解决，取缔7.8万亩区域内的种植、养殖生产经营活动，拆除“三网（围网、网箱、拦网）”3.2万亩、看护房等人工设施410处约3.2万平方米。</p><p style="white-space: normal;
