wrap;">新生儿拥有武汉市户籍或父母任意一方参加我市基本医疗保险并按规定缴费，且符合待遇享受条件的，新生儿在我市参加居民医保时，免缴出生当年的参保费用，出生次年按我市规定的居民医保个人缴费标准缴费。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">目前，蔡甸区已开通线上、线下多种渠道为参保人提供缴费服务。已办理武汉市居民医保参保登记的城乡居民可通过“国家税务总局湖北省电子税务局”、国家税务总局湖北省电子税务局APP(“楚税通”）、“鄂汇办”APP、协作银行提供的网办平台、手机APP等线上方式缴费。线下还可持社会保障卡、居民身份证到邮储银行、农业银行、建设银行、汉口银行、交通银行、招商银行、中国银行、湖北银行办理居民医保缴费手续。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">已办理武汉市居民医保参保登记且与协作银行办理了预存代扣协议的城乡居民，需将当年应缴费用足额存入协作银行存折（卡）中，由协作银行代扣。需要缴费凭证的居民可到协作银行网点开具缴费凭证。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">新生儿由代办人携带新生儿有效身份证件（本地户籍还需提供户口簿）、新生儿父母双方的有效身份证件、代办人有效身份证件到本市任一街乡镇或社区村的居民医保经办窗口办理我市居民医保新生儿参保登记手续。新生儿未取得身份证（或户口簿）前，可提交《出生医学证明》办理参保登记手续，取得身份证（或户口簿）后，还需办理身份证号补录手续。</p><p
