style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">据了解，按照医保政策，该老人的病情可以申请办理门诊重症，但需要申请人携带住院病案首页原件全套资料以及身份证或社保卡复印件到街道便民服务中心提出申请，由工作人员将居民申请装档案袋后，本人到指定医院进行预约鉴定，一般鉴定审批流程需要20个工作日才能完成。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">考虑到老人身体不便，且子女均在外地工作，为了减少来回跑，提高办事效率，前台窗口工作人员与后台主管对接，利用8小时以外时间，进村入户到老人家中收集整理重症疾病申报资料，并帮助张艾平老人在线上录入传送申报信息。最后，在工作人员的帮办下，不到一周申报鉴定结果顺利通过审核，工作人员也第一时间将重症疾病审批许可送到老人家手上。</p><p style="text-wrap:
