蔡甸：服务下沉促落实，“政策找人”解民忧

style="text-wrap: wrap;">据了解，“依申请救助”政策是按武医保〔2022〕21号文要求，要建立依申请救助机制，对因疾病导致家庭基本生活没有保障的困难群众，经相关部门确定为医疗救助对象后，依本人申请其身份确定前12个月内发生的合规费用，按相关程序和标准给予一次性补助。</p><p style="text-wrap: style="text-wrap: wrap;">对于仍有少部分群众对于“依申请救助”政策的申请救助范围、救助标准等内容不太了解的情况，蔡甸区医疗保障局转变工作思路，优化经办流程，变被动等待申请为主动引导服务，实现了“人找政策”到“政策找人”的转变。根据每月新增医疗救助人员及返贫致贫预警名单进行筛选比对，对符合依申请救助的人员规模、分布等信息进行初步预判，形成符合依申请政策的医疗救助人员名单，并组织街乡“找人”“敲门”入户走访。</p><p
