wrap;">协同推进凝聚向心力。协助区委落实主体责任，制发深化全区党员干部纪律教育工作方案，将党章党规党纪、习近平总书记关于全面从严治党等重要论述列入党员教育基本内容，将纪律教育情况纳入日常监督、专项督查、政治巡察，以从严监督推动纪律教育抓在经常、做在日常。<br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">精准滴灌增强吸引力。紧盯“一把手”这一“关键少数”，将纪律教育情况纳入“一把手”监督内容，通过全区各级“一把手”讲纪律党课以上率下强化全体党员干部纪律意识。紧盯“新晋人员”，围绕全面从严治党、干部岗位要求以及违纪典型案例等，以个别谈心、集体谈话等方式开展廉政警示教育，明确纪律要求。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p wrap;">警钟长鸣提升约束力。通过组织参观家风家教基地、举办家属座谈会、签订承诺书等，把纪律教育延伸到“家庭后院”。在全区开展“身边勤廉典型”推选活动，推出作风建设标兵10名，以榜样激励担当作为。将纪律教育融入监督执纪问责全过程、各方面，对违纪问题发现一起坚决查处一起，提高纪律执行刚性。精准运用“四种形态”，其中第一种形态占比83.3%，有效发挥教育大多数的作用。</p><p
