wrap;">培训会上，邀请蔡甸区颐康社会工作服务中心理事长、心理咨询师郝宏作《与压力和解》主题讲座。讲座从“什么是压力”“如何战胜压力”以及“放松自我的方法”三方面，着重分析了工作压力、生活压力、社会压力导致的心理问题，积极引导大家树立心理健康意识，增强心理调适能力，用健康阳光的心态去面对工作、生活中遇到的问题。培训结束后，大家纷纷表示在此次课程中收获满满、受益匪浅。</p></section><p
