提升乡村治理水平 全省乡村治理培训班在蔡甸区举行

wrap;">试点工作开展以来，蔡甸区聚焦乡村治理症结、瓶颈，坚持党建引领，统筹36个成员单位和各街道乡（开发区），突出五大类11个方面目标任务，完成试点区创建“规定动作”，同时创新推行减负清单、责任清单、监督清单、服务清单“四项清单”，完成试点区创建“自选动作”，有效搭建了党建引领下区、街、村三级联动、群众积极参与的乡村治理格局。蔡甸区《推行四项清单
