normal;">近年来，永安街道通过“四好农村路”省级示范街创建，建设产业路8公里，大中修4万平方米，提档升级改造里程3.7公里，安防工程里程达30公里，水毁道路建设7公里。截至目前，辖区农村路总里程已达到198公里。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">“这些路网的提档升级、建成通车，大幅巩固提升了‘四好农村路’建设成果，持续优化乡村旅游景点、产业园区和特色农业基地等交通运输条件。”永安街道主要负责人说，街道还将加快集镇焕颜项目建设，实施安堡路、安福路及永定街道路提档升级工程，后续将依次有序完善其他路段修复刷黑以及水、电、公园、停车场、公厕等基础设施，建设美丽宜居新城镇。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">九真安林子项目是永安街道今年新开工建设的项目，总投资额为5亿元，预计建设周期3年。项目流转永安街道桐山村五组约317亩农田，创建集农耕体验、休闲度假、民宿酒店、亲子体验、共享农庄、乡村办公等功能于一体的综合性产业。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">“这个项目注重农业合作，与当地农民协作完成耕种与种植，其中的办公聚集业态可以提供众多就业机会。项目建成后，预计房租年租金收益可达324万元、农业经营利润约为52.6万元，回报率约为5.8%。”永安街道桐山村书记说，村民们听说了要流转土地，都非常理解支持，一听立马都同意了。</p><p style="white-space: style="white-space: normal;">目前，永安街道已在九真山沿线建成九真山景区、九真桃源、十里莲华养心谷、长河渔村、杨家小院等项目；“白水乡田”“怡心湖畔”等项目正有序建设，“九真福田”“东明印象”“永安文旅研学”等项目正在规划实施。以现代农业为基础、以休闲旅游为引擎、以生态环境为支撑、以九真文化为底蕴，永安文旅深度融合发展之路正在徐徐铺开。</p><p normal;">“今年5月份，我第一次来永安，当时计划投资几百万做个文旅项目，如今2个多月过去了，项目计划书里的内容越来越丰富，投资总额也变成了6810万，这都是因为街道、村书记的热心服务让我增添了投资的信心。”武汉市九真农业发展有限公司负责人肖剑笑言，他每次到街道，街村主要负责人不仅亲自带着实地走访介绍资源，而且还主动为项目建设提思路出主意，真心希望企业能来、能发展、能挣钱，让他感到非常温暖。</p><p normal;">目前，厨之道项目、华燕项目已入驻园区并全面开工建设，建成后年产值可分别达到4亿元和2亿元。同时，园区已与武汉市九真饮品有限公司、武汉联创兴盛包装有限公司2家企业确定引进意向。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space:
