wrap;">当日，大集街道文岭村、凤凰村累计拆除征收房屋20余栋，总面积近万平方米。前期，大集街道、村干部和项目专班人员各司其职，进村逐户开展征迁户沟通、宣传工作，把关心群众、疏导教育做在前，充分尊重群众意见，积极稳妥推进房屋征收工作，让群众感受到征收工作既有速度、更有温度，真正实现征得了房，安得住心。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p wrap;">大集街道党工委副书记朱德奇介绍，自奥特莱斯项目签约以来，该街道自加压力，主动作为，全面启动房屋征收工作。目前启动了文岭生活城核心区域暨德国小镇范围内文岭村房屋征收任务，完成了奥特莱斯项目地块内凤凰村房屋征收清零；同时启动了大集街道莲溪G区和小集五期近4000套还建房的交付工作，确保群众安居乐业，全面保障文岭生活城高效有序建设。</p><p style="text-wrap:
