wrap;">会上，区财政局介绍了2023年综合财政财务检查方案，对检查内容、检查方法、检查步骤进行了具体讲解。本次综合财政财务检查对象涵盖行政事业单位、国有企业和代理记账机构三大类型。检查内容主要包括对行政事业单位聚焦预算编制及执行、政府采购、资产管理、“三公”经费管理等情况；对国有企业聚焦资产收益上缴等情况，重点关注虚增资产规模、少计提折旧、人为调节收入利润粉饰报表等问题；对代理记账机构聚焦执业情况检查。</p><p
