我为群众办实事 | 蔡甸：“容缺受理”让“白跑一趟”变“只跑一趟”

wrap;">近日，市民方女士到蔡甸市民之家办理完户籍事项，经过公用事业专区天然气窗口时，想起家里天然气还没开户，便到窗口咨询需要哪些资料。因临时咨询，未准备任何资料，正当方女士以为办不成准备回家后再跑一趟时，工作人员立马主动告诉她可以容缺受理，让方女士加她微信好友，回家把所需资料发过来，剩下的由她来办，让方女士家先用上气。 </p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">“材料不齐不能办”“群众来回跑”已经成为过去式。蔡甸区行政审批局工作人员介绍，“容缺受理”是在不违反法律法规前提下，一边补充材料，一边受理审核，对非关键性证明材料不全或存在小瑕疵申请材料实行“先收件预审核，再补齐办结”，最大限度地方便群众，降低群众的时间和经济成本，为企业群众打开了审批服务的“便利之门”。</p><p style="text-wrap: powered-by="xiumi.us">今年以来，蔡甸区累计为企业、个人提供了超500次容缺受理服务，有效解决了材料不全“多次跑”问题，缩短了整体审批时限，提高了审批效率。目前已制定公布第一批容缺受理事项清单，涉及公安、园林、农业等多个领域近80项政务服务事项。蔡甸区将分批推出更多可容缺受理事项，最大限度利企便民。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"
