wrap;"><strong>要持续深入推进“四大比拼”。</strong>紧盯计划新开工、新签约、谋划储备、历史应开项目中未开重大项目，确保全年新开工70个亿元以上重大项目全面达成。锚定构建“4432”现代化产业体系目标，进一步凝聚全员招商共识，持续抓好招商引资“一号工程”。加强创新主体培育、创新平台建设、创新生态打造、创新人才引进，确保“2114”等目标任务圆满完成。着眼解决一批要素资源保障问题、总结提炼一批优秀案例、打造一批“蔡甸典型”，不断提升蔡甸区营商环境影响力。</p><p wrap;"><strong>要认真贯彻落实“十大工程”。</strong>各单位强化责任落实，要进一步将“十大工程”项目化、清单化、具体化，明确时限、倒排工期、挂图作战，落实责任清单、项目清单、任务清单。强化项目攻坚，强化考核激励，牢固树立“以实干论实绩、从实绩看德才、凭德才用干部”的鲜明导向，大力营造干事创业、比拼争先的浓厚氛围。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><strong>要紧盯市级绩效半年考核。</strong>重点经济指标方面，要坚定稳增长促发展信心决心，吃透具体指标考核计分规则，重点关注权重占比大的指标，聚焦短板、靶向施策、精准调度，做到以周保月、以月保季、以季保年，确保时间任务“双过半”。重要工作任务方面，要引起高度重视、保持清醒认识，对照具体指标考核计分办法，逐条逐项全面自查分析，及时做好查漏补缺，持续做好向上争取，确保市级绩效半年考核争先进位。</p></section></section></section><section
