border-box;">各街乡（开发区）、各部门要充分发动社区及执法员、网格员、综合巡查员、停车收费人员、物业人员等力量，加强巡查走访，及时提醒和督促有车单位及车主及时清洗、定期清洗，对残破花车辆及时修复，对脏污车辆及时清洁，车辆清洗干净后方可上路行驶；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">区相关部门要定期开展联合执法，对车身不洁影响市容环境、乱贴广告、漏撒污染路面等违规行为进行批评教育和执法，责令限时整改到位；</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing:
