powered-by="xiumi.us">本次联合检查组重点督查了蔡甸区两个考区的食堂食品安全监管工作情况，督促学校严格履职落实主体责任，严格执行要求，对规范原料进货查验、餐食加工制作、餐具清洗消毒、餐食分餐、食品留样等行为进行了重要排查。督查过程中，联合检查组结合食品安全“你点我检”进校园活动，对围绕师生关心的食品品种（大米、植物油、肉类、蔬菜类等）和餐饮具等消毒效果进行了现场快检，<strong>共抽检31批次，全部合格</strong>。</p></section></section><section normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">今年以来，蔡甸区已完成175家学校食堂、2家校外供餐单位、校园周边经营户423家次全覆盖监管，全区学校食堂及供餐单位实现“互联网+明厨亮灶”覆盖率、规范化档案建设覆盖率、食品安全管理员配置和抽考率、“日管控、周排查、月调度”工作制度和机制覆盖率均为100%。</p><p normal;">据悉，自6月1日开始至中高考结束，区市场监管局每天安排执法人员采取“现场检查+视频检查”等组合方式，不间断地加强考点食堂、考点周边食品生产经营单位、考生住宿酒店及考点集中供餐单位的食品安全巡查，及时督促相关单位整改存在的食品安全隐患，切实维护广大考生的饮食安全、助力广大学子圆梦。</p><p style="white-space:
