border-box;">现场，模拟蔡甸连降大雨，日均降雨量突破100毫米，并且持续降雨中，区通城大道长江大学绿道边水位不断上涨，蔡甸区城市排水服务中心立即启动防汛排渍应急方案，按照一点一策部署，派遣管网运维人员及移动泵车赶赴现场，迅速开展渍水排险。在较轻渍水点位安排3台4寸移动泵车进行应急抽排，在较重渍水点位安排3台龙吸水进行紧急抽排。</p><p style="white-space:
