border-box;">武汉市蔡甸区沉湖湿地自然保护区工程师，2008年毕业于华中农业大学环境科学专业，也是沉湖湿地自然保护区管理局第一个全日制本科生。十余年来，他一直挥洒青春汗水，无私奉献，默默守护沉湖国际重要湿地，践行生态文明理念。</p></section></section></section></section><section style="box-sizing: border-box;">沉湖湿地位于武汉市蔡甸区西南部，是武汉市最偏远、贫穷的地区，也是血吸虫疫区、革命老区。冯江就是在这里的基层站点从事湿地保护、科研监测和宣传教育工作。他是第一个入驻站点的工作人员，克服语言、饮食、交通、生活、家庭等诸多困难，结束了基层有站无人的历史。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br border-box;">他也是最熟悉保护区的人，跑遍了保护区内的所有乡镇、村组和单位，是保护区的活地图。为了将绿色政策落实好，将生态补偿资金合理发放到户，冯江走遍了补偿涉及的2家国有单位、5个街乡镇（管委会）、22个行政村，克服诸多困难，多次上门向相关利益方宣传政策、督促相关利益方签订协议，将政策落实，让群众受惠。</p><p style="white-space:
