border-box;">蔡甸区非物质文化遗产（剪纸）传承人，原横龙小学退休教师朱兵华，多年锲而不舍，刻苦磨练，剪纸技术具有较深造诣，剪纸作品入选《江城民间工艺百人集》，成为蔡甸区远近闻名的民间剪纸艺术家，也吸引了大批剪纸爱好者观摩、学习，特别是中小学生，对面求学者，他毫不保留，悉心传艺。</p></section><section style="text-align:
