border-box;">培训会上，武汉市财政局综合处业务人员具体宣讲《政府购买服务管理方法》等有关法律法规、规章制度和文件规定，解读了政府购买服务指导目录、预算编审、监督检查、信息统计等重点内容，明晰了推进政府购买城乡社区公共服务、公共卫生服务、基本养老服务、就业公共服务、教育公共服务及其他与民生密切相关的公共服务等重点领域，理清了“谁来买”“向谁买”“买什么”“怎么买”等四个方面的问题，对于加大政府购买服务改革力度、规范政府购买服务管理发挥了重要作用。</p><p
