border-box;">随后，工作人员用自己的手机为老人注册账号，再登入湖北政务服务网为老人填写申请书，上传审批材料。工作人员一边帮助陈爹爹办理业务，一边耐心解释每个办理步骤，让老人确认每个步骤填写、上传无误。尽管已到下午下班时间，仍然不急不躁地为老人办理业务，打印登记表、出证全套办理完成。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing:
