border-box;">据悉，在2022年12月20日，国家卫健委、国家中医药管理局联合发布了《关于印发诊所备案管理暂行办法的通知》。《办法》对申请备案的诊所只提最基本、最必要的条件，包括法定代表人或主要负责人、诊所标准、名称等满足相关文件要求即可，同时删除了一些试点地区的“主治医师及以上职称”开诊所的门槛，只要求在医疗机构中执业满5年即可。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">当前，诊所备案取消了原来审批制中的现场勘验环节，办理时限由原来的5个工作日压缩为“<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="color: rgb(62, 62, 62);box-sizing:
