text-indent: 0em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">根据省指挥部要求，<span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong>全省要建立省、市、县三级中医专家指导联动机制。</strong></span>省防指组建省级中医巡回专家组及省级中医区域协同医疗队，采用分片包干形式，对各地重症和危重症新冠肺炎救治工作开展巡回医疗、远程会诊、驻点指导。发挥二级及以上中医医疗机构和综合医院中医科作用，参照省级中医巡回专家组建制，尽快组建市（州）、县（市、区）中医巡回专家组，通过开展培训或远程诊疗方式，指导区域内基层医疗卫生机构为新冠病毒感染患者提供适宜的中医药服务。加强家庭医生与签约服务对象联系，在巡回专家组的指导下，做好中药服用跟踪随访，了解患者健康状况变化，必要时及时调整优化治疗方案，保障患者用药安全。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 0em;" dir="ltr"><span style="letter-spacing: 1px;">此外，<span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong>各地要切实加强中医药供应保障，</strong></span>及时掌握本地新冠病毒感染治疗中药的市场供应和人群用药需求，协调经信、农业农村、民政、商务、卫生健康、市场监管、中医药、药监等部门落实行业主体责任，加强区域统筹协调，做好相关中药饮片的原料供应、生产加工、市场流通、采购供应，确保群众急需的各类中药正常供应。各级各类中医医疗机构要通过设立便民门诊、免费预防方发放点、开通网上诊疗+药物配送等方式，让城乡居民便捷获取所需中药。县级疫情防控指挥部要协调乡镇（街道）和村（居）委员会、机关事业单位等加强对行动不便、失能失智、高龄、残疾人、孕产妇、儿童等重点人群以及养老机构、儿童福利机构人员的关心关爱，优先将中药汤剂送至有需要的患者，保障特殊人群用药。</span></p></section></section><p><br/></p><section style="max-width: 100%;
