border-box;">同时，园区周边产业基础良好。产业园区紧邻国家级经开区——武汉经济技术开发区，周边分布着东风本田、日产、神龙、通用、小鹏等9家整车企业、13个整车工厂、500多家知名汽车零部件企业，以及格力、美的、海尔3大电器产业园。园区半径20公里内的出口加工区和保税物流中心，则为企业开展出口加工及进口高端设备提供便利。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">目前，产业园出台了《中德国际产业园招商引资奖励办法》，对落户的德资企业，从土地、厂房、落户、固定资产投资、金融、人才等方面给予支持，在全市率先实行“净地”挂牌、“标准地”出让、建设“标准厂房”，为企业提供“窗口集中办理+上门帮办代办”服务，基本实现“企业办事不出园区”，大幅提升营商环境国际化、法治化、便利化水平。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">其中，今年7月，“武汉中德国际产业园规划建设交流会”在中德国际产业园企业之家成功举办，活动现场，德国海外商会联盟、德国欧博迈亚、德国菲尔斯等10个合作项目签约，一批德资知名企业的研发中心、华中基地将相继落户中德产业园。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br/></p><p style="box-sizing:
