letter-spacing: 1px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"><strong>国家卫生健康委医疗应急司司长郭燕红：</strong>谢谢这位记者的提问。我们都知道，核酸采样是核酸检测过程中的一个重要环节，因此采样的组织管理和规范操作就非常重要，既要保证采样的质量，同时又要避免交叉感染的风险。首先，在采样点的现场组织管理方面，要设立清晰的标识，规划好进出的路线，所有的采样人员都能够保证单向流动，同时要明确采样的流程和注意事项，要加强采样秩序的维护，指导公众做好在采样过程中的个人防护。其次，个人在进行核酸检测采样过程中要规范戴好口罩，不聚集，同时与前后的人保持一米以上距离，自觉服从现场工作人员的指引。采样过程中，要等前面的人走后，采样员完成手部消毒以后再上前。同时，在采样的时候，被采样的人员不能够去触碰采样台上的任何物品，采样后还要尽快戴好口罩，迅速离开采样现场。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">我们注意到，有的地方尝试以不同的形式开展核酸自采工作，但要特别注意自采核酸的规范性、有效性和安全性，要制定完善的实施方案，同时要做好组织实施，加强技术指导。因为采样的质量规范性和安全性是非常重要的，所以即便是自采核酸，也要保证采样的质量。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">对于核酸检测工作，我们历来严格检测资质的准入和质量控制，不断优化技术规范，同时重点加强对检测机构，包括第三方检测机构的监管。今年以来，北京、安徽合肥、河北石家庄、河南许昌、内蒙古等地卫生健康行政部门都对在检测机构的监管中发现了检测机构存在一些违法违规的问题，而且都进行了严肃处罚。有的违法机构和个人还被追究了刑事责任。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;
