box-sizing: border-box;">遭遇新冠肺炎疫情以来，我们不断适应新冠病毒变异新特点和疫情防控新形势，先后出台了九版疫情防控方案和最新的二十条优化措施，新冠肺炎重症率和病亡率始终保持在较低水平。<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">事实充分证明，每一版防控方案都经受住了实践的检验，每一次优化调整都经过了反复研判、科学论证，为的是进一步提升防控的科学性、精准性、有效性。二十条优化措施是对第九版防控方案部分措施的优化和完善。</strong>比如，密切接触者的管控措施由“7+3”调整为“5+3”，不仅节约了集中隔离资源，还能最大限度管住风险，提高防控效率。再如，取消中风险区的判定，并且更加科学精准地判定高风险区，对各地的疫情处置工作提出了更高的标准，要求流调、风险研判更加精准高效。总的来看，<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">强调的是科学防控、精准防控，突出的是问题导向、效果导向。</strong></span></p><p style="white-space: normal;
