border-box;">为持续开展“一卡通”专项治理“回头看”行动，蔡甸区有关部门采取集体会商、网上连线等方式，研究工作进展，剖析问题症结。全面梳理全区2020年以来惠民惠农财政补贴资金47项，逐一明确主管部门、政策依据、资金规模，确保靶向精准、有效对焦。聚焦“人、卡、钱”等关键要素，紧盯薄弱环节、重点部位，以督促改、以改促效，提升政策实效。</p><p style="white-space:
