做好防护,老年人记住这“三不”

margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">随着年龄的增加,60岁以上的老年人生理机能退化、免疫力逐步降低,往往合并有一种或多种慢性疾病,是新冠病毒感染的高危人群。老年人感染新冠病毒后,出现重症、死亡的比例较高。近期,老年人应当如何做好防护?武汉市第三医院首义院区呼吸与危重症医学科副主任医师鲍敏建议,大家要做好这“三不”:</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">提高个人防护意识。当前,全国疫情形势严峻复杂,奥密克戎BA.5.2变异株来势凶猛,传播快、隐匿性强、处置难度大。而秋冬季节又是各类呼吸道疾病容易流行期间,老年人应进一步加强防护意识,做好个人防护工作。</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">外出要坚持佩戴口罩。需注意,不建议“节约口罩”、一个口罩反复佩戴。如果口罩出现脏污、变形、损坏、有异味时,需要及时更换。也不建议老年人日常使用N95或KN95等防护口罩,以免因为密闭性太强、呼吸阻力较大,导致缺氧,出现胸闷、气短、憋喘等呼吸困难症状。有慢性肺病、心脏病的老年人应在医生的专业指导下戴口罩。</p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p><p style="white-space: normal; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">疫苗“应接尽接”。部分老年人长期待在家中,很少外出,认为自己感染风险很小,可以不用接种疫苗。然而事实上,奥密克戎变异株传播隐匿性强,如果有家人在外工作、学习,就有可能把病毒带回家,造成老年人感染。目前,接种新冠病毒疫苗没有对年龄上限的规定,专家建议,符合接种条件但没有接种的老年人要尽快接种,没有全程接种的要尽快补种。</p><p style="white-space: normal;
